Business: Our most popular newsletter featuring an introduction, 2x articles, 2x featured property of the month or promotional offers, news in brief, data feed (tax diary for accountants, factoid / infographic for Estate & Letting Agents), ‘about us’ and ‘our services section. All for only £99 per month.

Social Pro: Our most popular package featuring our ‘business’ newsletter and our daily social media content management service, for 1x social channel. All for only £199 per month.

Ultimate: Featuring our ‘business’ newsletter and daily social media content management service for 2x social channels. All for only £279 per month (+vat)

Next we setup your Account & create your personalised Newsletter

We charge a ‘one-off’ set up fee of £199 for our Lite & Business packages and a ‘one-off’ fee of £250 to setup our Social Pro and Ultimate packages.

You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will manage the process of setting up your database, email preferences and advise on measures that will improve deliverability whilst one of our designers create a personalised newsletter template to match the colourways, look and feel of your branding.

The whole process only takes a couple of days and then you’ll be ready to send your first newsletter!

If you have selected one of ourSocial Media packages we also take a detailed social brief to ensure we write daily content that matches your style and tone of voice.

Social posts are scheduled 7 days in advance so you have plenty of time to edit or add your own posts – if you want to!

Our approval process

Every month we supply you a fresh new Newsletter that is ‘ready to send’. We do all the hard work of researching, writing and designing your newsletter, so you don’t have to! It’s the perfect service for busy professionals who know the value of keeping in contact, but don’t have the time.

Want to add your own news? Or slightly amend one of the articles supplied? That’s no problem. Either login to your admin area and make the changes you need – or email your dedicated Account Manager and we’ll update your newsletter for you. It’s all part of the service.

Once you’ve approved your newsletter we schedule it for transmission to your database.

For clients that select our Social Media Content Management service, we schedule social media posts 7 days in advance giving you plenty of time to review, edit or add your own posts as required.

Protecting your data and reputation

As with any form of email marketing you need to comply with the Electronic Mail Regulations (Regulations 22 and 23) and ensure that your list has been built using a strict ‘opt-in’ policy. We help keep you compliant by providing a range of tools to help you grow your list responsibly and clearly identify you as the sender of your newsletter. Additionally we provide a simple automatic ‘unsubscribe link’ for recipients to opt out from future communications and provide a third party ‘report abuse’ link so we can monitor and uphold unsubscription requests.

No long term tie-ins

We’re convinced that you’ll find the service of value to your business. So much so that there’s no long term tie in. If you decide to cancel your subscription all that we require is one month’s notice and you’re done.
